Making A Purchase


Payment may be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and American Express. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Credit card details sent separately e.g. faxed or phoned.
By cheque made payable to brillianz Ltd. Your order will be not dispatched until the cheque is cleared.

Shipping And Handling


All orders over the value of £1000.00 or more before VAT are sent to Great Britain mainland by next day courier at cost . Orders of less than £1000.00 will be sent parcel post and will incur a £15.00 delivery charge plus VAT.

Delivery Schedule


Stock items will be dispatched the next day, more complex orders are subject to an agreed delivery date. You will be advised of delivery date when placing the order. Our usual hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30 pm. Once the goods are dispatched you will be notified and in most cases given our carriers tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges


For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. In line with regulations there is no VAT charge for orders originating from the Channel Isles.


Credit Card Security


For complete security we use PayPal Merchant Services to process your credit/debit card details.

Satisfaction Guarantee


Brillianz guarantees your satisfaction. All of our products are supplied with a no quibble guarantee. Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to brillianz Ltd within 7 days of receipt. Arrangements for the collection of faulty or incorrect goods will be made by Brillianz.

If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Unsuitable items can only be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used, installed and are in the original packaging. The cost of returning unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
